Washing vehicles, weeding flowerbeds and gardens. NOTE: Please wear long pants, tennis shoes ans short sleeved shirts. Clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
Sprucing up of the exterior, weeding exterior window washing, sweeping/raking, etc. May also have a trivia contest with students pairing up with residents.
